In-stock orders ship from Raiford Gallery within 2 business days and generally arrive within 2-8 business days depending on your proximity to our location in Georgia. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO boxes.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we may sell out of a certain pieces or sizes in the physical gallery before we can update the item as sold on our website. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email if we can make it for you. And of course, if you have any questions about any of the items available on our website, please feel free to call or email us!

When your item ships, you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email. We ship with insurance via UPS or USPS, and you may select Standard (Regular Ground speed) or Expedited (2 Day, 3 Day, or Overnight) shipping at checkout.
In-stock orders ship from Raiford Gallery within 2 business days but may take several weeks to arrive at your door, depending on your city and country's proximity to our location in Roswell, Georgia, USA. We cannot guarantee your package to arrive by a certain day.
When your item ships, you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email. We ship Internationally through USPS International, DHL Express, or Canada Post. You may select your carrier upon checkout, including the option to sign for your delivery.
***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. As such, we are not able to calculate these in advance. These fees, if any, must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to orders outside the United States.
If you live locally or are visiting the Atlanta area and wish to pickup from Raiford Gallery, you may select Local Pick up instead of Shipping during the checkout process. Your local pickup order will be boxed and gift bagged within one business day and ready for pickup at the Gallery during our normal business hours, Tuesday- Saturday 11am-4pm
Although we take great care to package your items securely with plenty of cushioning, a rare box may arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will need photos of the damaged item still in the packaging so we can contact the carrier with proof of delivery damage. Please keep packaging materials for claim inspection.
SLOW DELIVERY OR LOST PARCELS
When your parcel leaves the gallery it is assigned a tracking number by the carrier. Once the package is received by the carrier, Raiford Gallery cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, as the package is in control of the carrier. However, we insure all parcels to the full value of the purchase in event the carrier encounters delivery challenges. If your order is lost or stolen upon delivery, it is most effective for you to contact the carrier directly.
Raiford Gallery does not accept returns– only exchanges for unused/unworn items returned to the gallery within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
We have done our best to photograph as accurately as possible the colors of the products. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
